Absolutely love this place!! I recommended it to all of my friends because it's the most fun I've ever had working out. Each class is always different and something new. Staff and members are so welcoming and nice, I've felt comfortable since day 1! Can't say enough good things about this place and worth every penny!

If you're like me and can't stand the monotony of gyms, you will love ILKB. This is the best workout and I've tried many; you actually have fun while sweating profusely and you can't say that about all exercise programs. Since there are a diverse group of people attending of all ages and body sizes with a similar goal to get/stay fit, you feel more comfortable. The instructors challenge, encourage, and support you each time. If you've been wanting to try something different, check them out, you won't be disappointed!!!

The Lexington ilovekickboxing studio opened this week. Today was my first class and I couldn’t be happier with the support, help, patience and all around fun that the team brought. I can’t wait to go back next week!

This is a great place to shred pounds and gain muscle. I've been attending for 3 weeks 3x a week and I've already lost 8 pounds. The instructors are very personable and motivating. The best part about this workout is that you leave feeling excited for the next workout!

Kickboxing has been the challenge of all physical and mental challenges for me. The staff as well as other people have motivated and support me through this. You walk in alone but walk out a part of a family. The work out is as hard as you push you- but you want to push and fight for your own self! Highly recommend!!!!!!
