A friend recommended trying a kickboxing class. I bought a few classes from Living Social, scheduled my first class and instantly liked it.  It was a great workout, even for someone like me, who is heavy and hasn’t worked out in a long time. I really like the fact that they don’t push you to do anything you don’t want to do or can’t do.  I have been able to do the routine at my pace and after a couple of months I am in better shape, faster, stronger and slowly losing weight.  It’s now my “go to place” because it’s clean, the other students are friendly, and the instructors are amazing.

I love the Tacoma location. The instructors are awesome and friendly. Always making sure your okay and doing everything right so you won’t hurt yourself. Even when your not at your 100% they make you feel like it, even your classmates make you feel it too!!! Come on let’s kick and hit things together!!!! 😁

Ilovekickboxing is such a fun place to work out. I couldn't get motivated at the gym but the staff help keep you motivated here. I actually find myself looking forward to the next class. It's a hard but fun work out. A great way to change your life.

This gym is like the best fresh start a person could ask for.  The workouts are awesome and the staff is incredible! I love this place.

I checked this place out on a coupon and am sooooo glad I did!  The instructors are all super helpful and motivating.  The classes are extremely challenging but fun.  When I was out for a week with the flu, I got a text message from them checking in with me.  Love this place!
