I love this gym! It's different everyday, so you're never bored. There are always super fun, upbeat workouts, instructors and people there. I genuinely look forward to going, and that is ultimately what keeps me going back. The schedule is great as well - I can go before taking the kids to school or early on Saturday morning before they are awake. I jut wish there were more weekend options! This place is super fun!

I started going to the Tacoma gym in November. I.love.it! After having my babies it took me a while to get back into the gym. This was a great way back. Not only are the workouts intense but fun, the coaches are strong and friendly, and the music is on point (always). I love the location and I love that the coaches are always so encouraging. They really understand it’s not easy for us (moms,  workings moms, sisters, friends, etc) to make time for ourselves to make it to the gym. After every workout I feel good, accomplished... the  extremely sore.

I LOVE VIE ATHLETICS!!! If you're looking to get fit, reach goals, and have a motivating work out time then you need to get to Vie, like now. I've had the best work outs of my life here, and I've never done the same one it's always different! Vie has literally changed my life. The atmosphere, the coaches, other Vie girls, are all SO motivating and make me want to give more effort to my body during each work out. Try your 1 free trial work out asap, that's how I got started and was hooked thereafter! You will see your body begin to change in no time, which only makes you want to work out harder and better! Vie is absolutely worth it, hands down.

Love Vie Athletics! I have never found a gym that has actually motivated me to consistently work out... I have been going 3x week since November and I love going. I truly look forward to working out (which is not something I ever imagined saying ha). All of the coaches are amazing and uplifting and encouraging and the music selection is the best! I love Vie!

Don’t wait another day to try Vie! 

I can’t say enough great things about the fun and challenging workouts, the inspiring and helpful coaches and the absolute best atmosphere for any and all women to come together. The best part is you’re a part of the community the moment you walk into the door and it will keep you walking into the door no matter how sore or busy or anything in-between you are! 

Each workout is different and can be done at any fitness level. Classes aren’t over crowded and offered frequently to work with your schedule. Yoga is included in your membership which is a great bonus!
