Absolutely the worst and most traumatizing experience i have ever had!! First of all i had a appointment at 4:30 and they did not call me back until almost 6:30. I did not leave until around 8:30!! The staff is VERY unprofessional and Very loud! I stressed that i already have a dentist and i was just there to get a tooth repaired, and they STILL insisted that i get x-rays etc. The dentist would spend about 5 minutes on me then leave me in the chair for AT LEAST 30 minutes. This happened at least 3 times. If i wasnt in so much pain i would have walked out FOR SURE!! They did the filling FINALLY and it is still not right. I would give this place -10 stars if i could!

This place I so amazing the hours work for me too. I went to many dentist saying I needed all this work done that my Insurance didn’t cover they had me In tears pretty Much saying there was no hope. Mr. Bates Is great all I needed wa some fill ins which was all done in one visit. Thanks guys will recommend you!!

My daughter's and I have been going for a few months now and love it! The staff is courteous and friendly and Dr. Deaton is the absolute best (he's the only one we've seen). I would recommend them to anyone. The wait time can get a little hectic but that's to be expected with quality care.

I absolutely love this dentist office! After a long, arduous search riddled with pain and terrible experiences, I have finally found what seems to be the illusive "holy grail" of dentistry... An office that is open late -even on weekends (including Sundays! 😱)- with a skilled dentist and people that actually care about their patients, not just dollar signs. While there is sometimes a longer-than-average wait time before starting your appointment, the staff more than makes up for it. I've been to many dentists in my life, and I can say that without a doubt, this particular Immediadent office earns the five stars. A quick breakdown of my reasoning for this rating & review: I've consistently felt listened to and respected by all staff. All fees and insurance issues are explained clearly with no run-around and unnecessary dental "up-selling" as I've experienced in the past. I have some fairly severe dental issues and I didn't feel judged or "less than" by any of the staff, up to and including the dentist himself, Dr. Brian Deaton. The office is clean and comfortable, located in a super convenient area with lots of parking. It's close to many other stores and a Kroger pharmacy, if you need a prescription, is literally feet away. Visiting the dentist is very rarely a positive experience, and for some (myself included) it can be dreaded and outright feared. The staff here is great at putting you at ease, answering all of your questions, and making sure you are comfortable for each step of the process. I cannot recommend this office enough. I am very much looking forward to my upcoming appointment to complete my treatment plan and finally have a healthy smile!

I went in for a tooth extraction and the dentist supposedly extracted my tooth but when he thought it was all out he had me take xrays to make sure.The xrays revealed that I still had a piece of my tooth that wasnt extracted so the dentist had me lay on the chair again.He supposedly took whatever was left of my tooth out and sent me home.Four days later I find out that another piece of my tooth is still in there and my gum is starting to close over it so I have to come in again as a walk-in.The receptionist was so rude over the phone and was acting like she knew what the problem was but she is only a receptionist and not a dentist.I've had teeth extracted before and I've never felt pain like I had after my teeth were extracted.This place will make you wait even in emergency cases and the dentists arent even busy.My first "real bad" experience at the dentist.
