They have excellent "customer service" which is a poor term to describe what they do, but they treat you like an actual person, not just a credit card.  They really care about how you are feeling, not just throughout the work they are doing (cleaning, filling, crown, etc.) but afterwards as well.  While I never look forward to going to the dentist I at least don't FEAR going to the dentist anymore.

I have only visited this dentist one time but can already say that this staff should teach customer service to every other business, dental or not, across the US. Not only was I welcomed by every member of the staff I talked to, they provided a welcome gift, blankets if you're cold in your exam room, and also had a tv in every room. Now you may be thinking that good CS doesn't ensure a good dentist but they not only fit me in with one day's notice but they were able to craft a temporary crown for my tooth in very little time and I am very impressed with the fit and the job they did. They have trays for impressions that are better than any dentist I've used before (not too large for my mouth and location specific) and they have all kinds of equipment for anything you may want done. Don't forget to grab a chocolate chip cookie and coffee on your way out.

I absolutely love Pearson Justice Dental. I don't actually live in Lexington any longer (was overseas for a bit and now live in Savannah) but ALWAYS make a point to get any work I may need...even regular cleanings...done at Pearson Justice. The quality, the service, the staff (even the chocolate chip cookies) are unparalleled.
