Good location and the pricing is very reasonable especially on weekends and evenings.  You only get a ticket it you fail to buy a meter ticket or your ticket expires.  I have never had a problem.

Cheap, parked here for a concert at First Ontario Centre.  Only cost me $2.50, and the lot was barely half full!

I could go into a huge amount of detail but they're really not worth it. In short: do not park here. Shady / deceptive practices abound and you're liable to get a ticket even if you've paid for parking! There are plenty of lots in the area...do yourself a favour and avoid this one.
