Good place to park your car. Very safe and they have 24hr security monitoring every lot. In terms of the process when you get your ticket take it with you but don't lose it, then you walk to the bus shelters and wait for the shuttle to the airport. From my experience in the budget lot the bus comes every 20-30 minutes so add it to your planning. The other lots are closer and offer quicker shuttles, valet parking and even detailing service at an extra cost.

Awesome service to use. They have 3 different types of parking lots around Toronto airport. Economy, self park and wallet services. I used the economy lit which is about 5 min drive from the departure terminal. You park your own car and proceed to a waiting area where a shuttle will pick you up. There is a system available where you can contact the shuttle driver so he knows you are there waiting. Make sure you go online and get a discount coupon for your stay. I stayed a week which was about 100 dollars regular price. With the discount it cake up to 57 with taxes in. Huge parking lot with lots of room available.

I don't think this company is aware, or cares enough, that part of its business is to shuttle its customers in a __timely__ fashion to an international airport. We had to wait an hour for a shuttle to pick us up, and even after all that time we had to run around the shuttle stops and hustle our way onto one. There are far too few shuttles for the economy/self-park lots to accommodate a high demand, and even with the available shuttles there is no system of picking up customers on a first come first serve basis. We saw people arrive later and get on shuttles before our group just because they happened to go to another stop, so a lot of people in later stops were left waiting. It got so bad that another person blocked the road in an attempt to get on the shuttle, and later we heard on their radios that police had to be called out. Awesome way to start your vacation/business trip/etc. I would highly discourage anyone from booking the economy/self-park lots, unless you book 1-2hr in advance of the additional 2-3hr you're suppose to be at the airport or you just like to gamble. Other reviewers pointed that there are far more valet shuttles, and we noticed the same. On top of that all those valet shuttles seem to be circling around empty while there aren't enough economy/self-park shuttles. I understand that paying a premium means a better service, but in this case arriving at the airport on time is not supposed to be a service differentiation, it's supposed to be a core feature of the product you're paying for. If I buy economy vs first class I still expect the air line to safely fly me from point A to point B regardless of cost.

AVOID Park N Fly and use SkyPark instead. We just used Park N Fly and had horrible service and haven't been able to get in touch with anyone from their company to rectify our problem. Before we left for our trip, we purchased the Economy parking - however, due to the Economy lot being full, we were given a voucher to upgrade to the "Self-Service" lot. I landed in Toronto on Saturday morning 1am: the voucher did NOT work. I tried every possible combination way of using the voucher but it was not valid. I was originally quoted for ~$60 for 1 week...Since our voucher didn't work, I was somehow charged $112 for 1 week. I used the intercom to try to speak to a human being, but no answer. I've continued to call them on repeat, but it seems their receptionist is picking up the phone and hanging up immediately. I am going to continue to repeatedly call them until I get someone from customer service. I am going to make a point to NEVER use Park N Fly and I will stick with SkyPark which gave me no issues at all and was ~ $57 after tax.

Arrived at 7am on a Wednesday -15 degrees Celsius, gave up waiting on a shuttle after 30 minutes. Website says 10 minute average wait between shuttles. As a frequent traveller, l have NEVER had to wait more then 10-15 minutes. On site customer service didn't seem to care. I was one of many people that left after only one shuttle showed up for 3 busses worth of customers. Found another great place off Dixon. Who for the same price did valet and had my car warm when l returned 10 days later. Just be forwarned and give yourself more time.
