Great service. Keep your web coupons as they will always save you money here. Had my car there for 10 days and paid extra to have it cleaned.  I was really impressed with the detailing job.

Valet: No, it is not valet. You have to wait for the exact same shuttle that picks, economy and self-park, then stay in a line to pay when you arrive to the shuttle terminal, and then—in theory—your warm-up car is waiting for you outside. It did not happen, even though I called them when my plane landed, as they suggest.
Upon waiting and waiting,..., and waiting, for my car to be delivered to an accessible location (to where you have to drag all your luggage, it is not that they bring the car to the sidewalk where you are waiting) I finally got in the car. Everything was changed: the seat was in a different position, a driver's cushion was stripped out from the driver's seat and tossed to the passenger seat, the climate controls were all changed (why AC in November?), and the radio was playing a French station that I never heard before. I suddenly wondered if somebody spent the weekend with my car, I should have taken note of the mileage prior to parking. And yes, the car was very cold (It was 4°C last night)
To leave the lot you have to figure out which number in your ticket is the one you need to type for the door to open, and you also have to figure out the barely visible numbers on the door keypad.
In total it took some 45 minutes from the moment I crossed the door of  terminal I with my luggage to the moment I drove-out to freedom.

Great service! We were a bit ahead of schedule, and wanted to sit in their comfy seats for a bit before heading to the uncomfortable airport - and they had two shuttles waiting at all times to rush us over as soon as we were ready to go. We took advantage of the valet parking as recommended by our travel agent - and it was top-notch service.

I have used the park n fly valet at Toronto Pearson numerous times and it is great. I have never had an issue and the prices are decent. About a third of the price of Pearson Valet for a week.

The Check in ad Che k out process was easy. Once we caught the shuttle it was a short ride to the airport and we were dropped off at the door closest to our airline.  I like the fact that our car was ready for us upon arrival back at the Park N Fly. It was brought up to the check out building before we had arrived from the airport , I did not  have to search for it in the lot. The people we encountered were pleasant. 
The only downside is that the shuttle bus is well used and can be very busy and full. We had to wait T the airport while one full shuttle left and the next  one arrived.
