Never lived in Brampton, come here temporarily. B1110 leaves a ticket on my car after running in the house im staying for literally 10 minutes. All caught on my gopro. Other cars, no ticket no notice. So I go to the site to register and sure enough "unable to process".... What the hell? I live here right now for work.. So I call the number in which theyre so amateur they dont allow you to sit on hold, the make you leave a voicemail and wait for a call back.... The only issue, IM AT WORK. I cant just answer the phone when they call back. And to make matters even sketchier they call from a private number. So I call back and no response. Now were playing phone tag.. All my years in Toronto, never have I had the type os scenarios ive encountered in Brampton for such a short amount of time. Ive documented my attempts to register, ive documented and recorded my calls and I plan to forward my correspondence to my uncle whose a lawyer in any event that I unrightfully get a ticket. I live here now and I have proof of that, it shouldn't be that hard to get some clarification as to where to park my car.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I called regarding my husbands vehicle being ticketed when I own the townhouse in the plaza. The lady I spoke to was unhelpful and laughed at my situation and told me to get rid of 1 vehicle. She also told my husband to park on a side street because he will get a lower ticket everyday parking there. Completely ridiculous advice. If you get a ticket from here and live in a complex, good luck. They are beyond terrible to deal with.

Their parking officer G. Brar, Officer number B1110 has been systematically harassing my wife and family for the entire time we've lived in this complex. They are employed by MRCM (Maple Ridge Condo Management) and because they are too lazy to actually do any research, they are instead ticketing even people that live in the actual complex itself. More despicable people you will never meet, just the absolute worst people on earth
