The lots are in disrepair, you get kicked out in favor of tailgaters, and if you plan on ending a contract by the end of a month you have to drop it off before the first week of that month, nowhere was this mentioned.

The management at this garage is poor. They are notorious for the bait and switch when it comes to contract parking. They also charge $22 for any time over 2 hours before 4 pm.  Do yourself a favor and parking elsewhere.

Incredibly poor service, misleading and dishonest as well as rude and unhelpful employees.

Literally I hate IM Parking.
I signed up for a month parking but it turned out to be a monthly parking which they suck up the money every month without letting me know. 
When I cancelled it, they charged the following month saying that the cancelation call was made on after 15th. 
Hate hate hate them!
