Not all valet parking companies are alike, and none are like us – which is how we got our name! Unparalleled Parking is a valet company that provides guests with the highest quality, reliable service that stands out from the rest. We have been serving restaurants, hotels, and private events throughout the Minneapolis-St.Paul metro area since 2008.

At Unparalleled, we are passionate about providing our clients premium service at a price point that provides great value. Hire at your own risk!!! I went to an event at the Mansion in Uptown and the valet service was horrendous. They were not coridnated on where to drop your car off at the beginning of your event or who to even give your keys to. After about 5minutes of tracking the attendant down he threw me the receipt for my car. At the end of the party I went to retrieve my car and was advised I had a flat tire. The attendant handed me my key and advised me of the flat then took off to get another car. I asked how it happened and was told I don’t know I just park the cars. I advised I didn’t have a flat when I parked and if it happened right away then why wasn’t there any effort to find me at the party; they venue nor party was less that 100 people and an announcement could have been made by the host. I asked if they knew of a tow company because changing a flat on Nicollet ave at 10PM in mid-December and was told sorry we don’t provide that kind of information. Not only will they not do anything to notify you if they break you car but they will not help to solve the problem they cause. If you are trying to impress your guests with a valet option this is not the company to impress. This isn’t even the company that when something is done wrong will do anything right to fix it. I wasn’t asking for them to cover the entire service I had to get but to be responsible for the damage they did cause. Not only do they make the Mansion in Uptown look bad but also the host of the party. This company doesn’t care of the job they do nor the cars they are taking care of. I will never use this valet company again and will not recommend for anyone at anytime ever.

Hire at your own risk! If I could rate them a 0, I would. At a recent event, I got into my car after to find everything had been rummaged through: glove box, console, and other compartments. A lot of our belongings were in the wrong place or on the floor. I emailed them the next day to let them know the situation. My car has an alarm on it, so it was either an employee of the company who did it, or one of the employees left the door unlocked. Either way, in my mind they are responsible for what was stolen yet they said it's not their fault. There wasn't even an apology...which would go far these days. What exactly do they promise if they're not holding themselves accountable for valet service 101? I would not recommend this company to anyone.

A few months back I went out to eat expecting full valet service and instead was directed into cramped spots by a "parking attendant" no big deal but annoying, when I got out I found my car had two paint scuffs and the "valet" didn't know who did it because there were no cameras! He consistently suggest I call his boss )who didn't get back to me for days) (Jeremy) the issue has never been resolved. Also saying things like "there are tons of break ins all we can do is compensate" doesn't seem like the best business idea. Get a camera? THEY ALSO HAVE THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES LEAVE REVIEWS WHAT IS THIS ? FELONS WORKING FOR THE COMPANY?

I've never hired a valet service before and was unsure who to trust. Unparalleled Parking was excellent. Prompt, easy to work with and our guests were very appreciative. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Jeremy Barret and the young man working the valet job at the Hyatt Place St. Paul the morning of June 23 (I had his name, but now I can't remember it - it was his first day on the job, and he did splendidly), were very responsive and attentive to an issue I had - the company lost the fob for the rental car I had (the young man wasn't the one who lost it). The fob had to be replaced, and the car (which was undriveable without the fob) had to be towed back to the airport. These things happen. Ultimately, it only cost me a couple of hours or so - not a huge deal in the scheme of things. The larger concern was the charge for the new fob and the tow - I get that things happen, but I don't like when they potentially can cost me a lot of money. Jeremy saw that I was reimbursed fully for the expense, without hassle, dispute, or disagreement. Maybe that was easy for him to do because I didn't jump up and down or scream and yell (not my style). I don't know. What pleasantly surprised me was that I didn't have to remonstrate with anyone about getting reimbursed. The organization dealt straight up with the issue. I'm very satisfied. (I also had a fine experience with the company the last time I stayed at the same hotel.)
