A loud alarm was going off in this building, and I'm guessing it was a fire alarm. I spent about 25 minutes waiting to see if it would turn off because I was unsure if it was safe to walk to my car, but nothing was happening. I messaged this place on Facebook messenger to try to figure out what was going on. My message was marked as read but I did not get a reply. Meanwhile, there was a huge line of cars trying to leave. From the 6th floor, it honestly looked like the cars weren't moving. I thought it was because of the alarm so I walked down again to see what was going on. I saw only one person working the exit to collect money and allow cars to leave, which is why it was so backed up. Nobody wants to wait 30 minutes to leave a parking garage. This place needs a better system. Beware if you use this place for a nearby event that lets out a large number of people at the same time.

Good for late night parking because it's so close to a lot of the bars/stadiums/theaters. Great prices for downtown. Can take a while to exit during peak times but that's any ramp downtown...

Decent parking ramp in downtown. A bit pricey for daytime parking but most lots are around there. Always staffed and sometimes has security keeping an eye out which is nice.
