This company is a COMPLETE rip off! I don't have the time to do a lot of reviewing but this is so blatant that I had to, to warn others not to get caught in this trap. Long story short, I purchased a prepaid voucher for an event at the Orpheum, the link actually came through from Hennepin Theater Trust (I am letting them know as well), and was not able to use it when we tried to leave. There was nobody at the booth, just instructions that if you have a voucher to push this button for assistance. We tried for several minutes to connect with someone on the other end of the button, but after multiple attempts finally gave up and paid with a credit card to get out. To add insult to injury, the standard charge that I ended up paying was almost double what I paid for the voucher! What a deal this email offer was!! Scam. I called SP+ Parking the next business day and was immediately told that there was nothing they could do. They told me that their company policy was no refunds under any conditions, period. I told them that there others ahead of us who appeared to also have problems with their voucher, so it couldn't be coming as a surprise to them, and they just kept repeating the same thing over and over. I told them that this was ludicrous, as they are selling a service on-line that they are unable to complete for the buyer, no fault of the purchaser, and they kept telling me the same thing, "sorry, nothing we can do, no refunds, no exceptions". I believe this has to be illegal, as you can't sell a service that you can't perform and then refuse to make it right with the purchaser. That is considered stealing most places. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID PS+ Parking AT ALL COSTS. This company will not be around long. I will be disputing the charge with my CC company as well as making known wherever I can the unscrupulous, dishonest, disrespectful practices of this company.

It's a great place to park!! my friends and I park there because it's Easy access to everything around, especially Nicollet Mall!!!
