Imperial Roofing installed a new roof in 2005 with 30 year shingles. I was informed by the inspector that they have failed and need to be replaced. Since finding this out, I have spoken with Peggie the receptionist close to 10 times over the last month. Every time, she says someone will call me back and never does. They have stopped answering my calls altogether now. It doesn't matter the quality of work you do if you do not stand behind it. I have a contract that states 30 year shingles... Why say that if you are unwilling to help customers? Would not recommend them.

If the professionism is anything like this contractors road rage, I would avoid this company at all cost! This morning pulling out of my neighborhood, one of their work trucks flew up behind me, honking very obnoxiously and acted like they were going to hit me! If they are ok acting in such a manner while driving in a vehicle they use to advertise their business, I could only imagine how they run their business!! FYI as an insurance agent... thats not smart at all!

Imperial has done several jobs for us over the last 30 years and we've referred family, friends, and co-workers, too.  They do outstanding work at reasonable pricing.
