Very professional.  From day one, Travis explain in details the process and always was there to answer our calls and questions.  My insurance was really hard to work with but Jasper Roofing to over and continue fighting for  the replacement of my roof until they finally got it approved.  Thank you!  I highly recommend Jasper Roofing.  Travis is the best!

I recently had my roof replaced by Jasper Contractors. I am very happy with the entire process! Jameel Smith walked me through the entire process of contacting insurance, deciding on roof color and the roof installation. He is very professional and kept me informed at each step. The customer service was great. They worked around my work schedule and everyone that I spoke to at Jasper was polite and knowledgeable. From the first time speaking to Jameel to having my roof installed in one day took less than a month. I am very happy with the results and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend Jasper Contractors.

We recently change our roof whit Jasper contractors. Jameel Smith was very helpful in walking us through the whole process with no hassles. We are very satisfied with the job done and everything was on schedule.

Finishing up my process. Jasper's did most of the roof is our neighborhood and all the neighbors are very happ with the results. Jameel Smith was my case manager, very courteous and customer oriented! Walked through the process and company took care of the whole process pretty much, I hardly had to do anything , Overall I'm satisfied with the outcome and will recommend them to others.

The whole process was really smooth and surprisingly quick. Jameel was top notch, he was really professional and helped me from beginning to end. The overall experience was great.
