Great experience from start to finish. Friendly and attentive staff and incredible dishes. The menu is designed to share, which was perfect for a wine country trip with great friends. 100% chance we are coming back on our next visit.
The new and popping thing in town... well let me tell you this is all it is hyped up to be cocktails amazing! Liam amazing! Pork chop best ever! Portions huge the mushrooms to die for! Rotating seasonally fresh menu! Definitely a must try! Very Vegetarian friendly. Owners great! If you haven't tried you must! Thid Is the place you go to the big cities to go to but in the comfort of your small city!
We had the tasting menu. Worth it! They accommodate dietary restrictions. It's a lot of food but worth it. The beautifully played caviar with fresh cream was the perfect appetizer. The brown butter pasta was delicious.Food: 5/5
The best service I’ve ever had in my life. My mom and I sat at the bar and had an amazing time. The bartender made me a specialty cocktail that was so pretty! The food was delicious. Instagram worthy lol. Overall a great dining experience and would go back in a heart. Thank you to the excellent staff for the special night for me and my mom.
Stunning spot and amazing food!! Truly loved the open air concept! Great seasonal farm to table menu! Obsessed with the carrot croquettes with lavender aioli and the oyster mushrooms with smoked pepper aioli. We truly enjoyed sitting at the bar with Kevin and the awesome service the staff provided. We can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Paso!
Great service can’t make up for food as overhyped as it is over-seasoned. You’ll have to pay for the bread, but it’s the only thing to cut through all the salt. Admittedly, the pork chop was delicious and a perfect medium rare, but over garnished, so scrape it off and sprinkle the salt shavings on it thankfully served on the side. Wines by the glass are impressive. We skipped dessert. Place is so loud, opt to sit outside unless you want to avoid hearing your date.
You want hipster, Paso? This place has pretty of patrons in plaid and a record player. Also the food is outstanding!Recommended dishesBowl of Peas
We are huge fans of Paso Robles and avid contributors to the community. We love to wine and dine. I was excited to try this restaurant. Sadly, our first visit was very disappointing. Local wine is extremely overpriced, does not do any favors to the local wine community. Food was just OK. Starters were good actually, promising. But the entrees ruined it. I ordered a $90 pork chop, of which 80% was fat… I returned it. This was beyond marbled, succulent, juicy. It was straight fat. I was too disgusted to order anything else. The fact that that was delivered to the table as their pork specialty of the night . All in all, i’d suggest going for the drinks, skip the food. They seem to be geared more towards cool cocktails, but the overall dinner experience is well overpriced and borderline insulting for what you get. Will not come back.
The reception and service were very kind but a bit slow due to high affluence. We did not find that the food was as good as depicted in the Michelin guide. And for us the value for money was below most of our experiences in the region. We ended up paying close to 200 $ with tips for an average meal with three small plates, one dish, one desert to share and one glass of wine each. Food: 3/5 Service: 3/5 Setting: 3/5 quite noisy Value for money: 2/5 Vegetarian options: Loads of vegetarian dishes
Our first visit to in bloom happened to be the first weekend they were open. We've now been back twice since then and during all three times we have been blown away by the amazing food; friendly, warm, and knowledgeable staff; and the overall creativity, warmth, and cleanliness of the place. This has rapidly become our favorite spot in Paso.
