We had dinner tonight and the hostess was delightful and our server sandy was excellent. This was Memorial Day weekend so the town was slammed and yet the staff treated us attentively and with warmth. The meal exceeded expectations from the carrot soup to dessert of olive cake! My main course of salmon was perhaps the best salmon I have ever had. The dish was cooked moist and soft yet the skin had that crispy almost bacon like crunch that only salmon can deliver. The chef knocked it out of the park. My wife had the flat iron steak which was cooked perfectly. The vegetables on each plate were fresh, creative and elevated the meal to fabulous. So nice when the chef provides a thoughtful and balanced plate which has flavor, beauty and both the quality and taste jump off the plate. Dinner for two was $125.
What can I say.... it was wonderful. Food was EXTREMELY FRESH and service was friendly. My favorite thing I ate was the yam puree which was apart of the steak dish. Everyone in our party was happy with their dishes. The dessert is from a local bakery called Angela's-olive oil cake yummy. Coffees and tea were also excellent. Would recommend.
With a short break from wine tastings, we decided to eat lunch here. The kitchen was about to close up so we ordered something quick, Chicken liver pate, Cubano and Cured smoked salmon toast. All the dishes were well presented and delicious! Such a great find!
If you want organic and vegan, this is a must stop for you. Craft cocktails help you start out your dining experience on a high note. Menu is varied and gives you lots of options. Located downtown Paso Robles this restaurant ambiance is relaxing. Staff is outstanding.
Our server Jennifer went above and beyond! Upon hearing we visited for my birthday, she brought a complimentary glass of champagne. The winter salad was delicious. We recieved the incorrect entree, but Jennifer noticed without our mention and quickly remedied the situation. She also offered a free dessert for the mixup, and the chocolate torte did not disappoint! All in all a wonderful experience, with friendly staff, and I would definitely return.
Crumbly buttery beef empanadas, perfect crunch cauliflower salad, butternut squash sauce that glistened and clung to perfectly cooked pasta made the meal one of the best you can have on your trip to Paso. Could beat a meal in Napa hands down.
Had new years eve dinner here and it was excellent All the dishes were delicious and the staff was very attentive. The outdoor heated patio was very comfortable and warm.
Thank you so much to the Chefs at Thomas Hill Organics and our server Jack for making our experience so wonderful! My beef stroganoff was a hit with everyone at the table. The burrata was also lovely. Every bite of food we had was delicious and the flavour pairings were well thought out. Highly recommend a visit here. The ambiance and decor is great. Lots of art to look at inside. It’s my second time back from canada … huge hit!
Hidden gem in Paso Robles. Went here for lunch on my Birthday. Farm to table, high quality ingredients. Delicious and healthy food. All ingredients are locally sourced around the area supporting the community
