IHSS said nothing about how and or when new providers will receive a provider number. It's now 4 MONTHS after the receiver has been approved, yet they've sent her NO INFORMATION pertaining to timesheets. They do not answer the phone. IHSS Sacramento refuses to give their fax number - so forms must be submitted via snail mail. They make sure to focus the training on, you-will-go-to-jail-if-you-commit-fraud, but no time on what duties we can perform, when and how we can fill out timesheets, or even where to go to fill out timesheets online. On top of it they state it takes 4-6 WEEKS just to enter someone in the "system" and it takes at least 6 weeks to receive a paycheck once they've fully processed ones paperwork, which would be ILLEGAL FOR ANY COMPANY IN CA to do to people. The director and people who drag their feet while working there should be ashamed of themselves.

I have called several times to get information. A few of those times upon hanging up I would hear people screaming at the top of their lungs "Aaahhhh" anyone else?

have not been paid in weeks. apparently the staff left for a long July 4th weekend and did not bother to get the caregivers paid. I personally, will not be able to work until I am paid.

I work with IHSS and I like being apart of the Union. Great people. Very welcoming.

Such a horrible company. Mr. Martin the social worker doesn't do his job correctly & has the worst attitude. Do not waste your time with this crappy company. Worked for a couple of months & Im not getting payed smh.
