The service was speedy. The clerk acted like she'd rather be in the Army. Very bossy, never smiled, and needs training in customer relations.

Drivers test was scheduled 3 weeks in advance. Upon arrival was not given the friendliest greeting. Even with that being said, for not seeing a stop sign, in a Kroger parking lot supposedly, I failed. So of course we wait the two weeks, today at 10 to be told an hour before that it is cancelled and o have to wait another week!!!! How rude. The lady was very unprofessional and it was obvious she was not being truthful. She went from being sick to going on vacation, to not scheduling drives, to conveniently being able to schedule me for Wednesday or Thursday. This place is bad business. Some folks are hesitant about being in here anyway, and I know it's a business but goodness. If you don't like your job, quit or do something else. No need to be disrespectful, or rude.

I really like going to this license branch!! They have always been friendly and helpful and I don't ever remember having to wait too long!!

Come in and get failed on test for the tiniest reason, which never even happened. My instructor acted like she had better things to do than give me my driving test, she just wanted to get it over with. I wanna know how some of the stupidest drivers get their licenses and i can't pass a simple driving test. I have a feeling that you get failed anyway because the bmv has such a bad reputation for giving licenses to people who have no business driving
