ER rating is poor. They don't take people as they come in. When urgicare care closed, they took those patients ahead of the ones waiting to be seen. Then they finally get you into a room, and forget about you. There is no reason for this long of a wait, other than to make you wait. ER staff sets at their desk and they don't take care of patients.

Maybe they should read these reviews . the head of Dr has a god complex the staff admits it and still do nothing he wanted to cut me open cause he could .... I didn't do it and am fine go figure. Even tried to make an appointment with the CEO and guess what that never happened maybe I should tell him I want to donate bet he sees me then. What a joke .. Waiting on my dark alley .

I was treated with respect and  The doctors and nurses  were great they handled my situation  from start to finish and we're kind and courteous

Brought in my child to be seen.  Took 4 hours in the waiting room to be seen.  Now if this was a real hospital not a countryside bandaid station he would have been seen with in 30 minutes of walking in the door.
