It was okay place to go but now according to the doctors everything I go in there they claim is a virus because I don't have fever. Then it gets worse and have to spend more money to get checked out again. Tried explaining I rarely have fever even when I had pneumonia and bad infection where I was on IV antibiotics I still had no fever.

I had been sick almost a week and wasn't getting better. I had visited MedExpress and was sent home with medicine. When I got worse I called MedExpress. I was informed the doctor would call me and after a day of no phone call and worsening symptoms I headed to Urgicare. What a better experience. I was seen in 15 minutes by the doctor compared to an hour at MedExpress. Urgicare immediately did an x-ray and gave me a breathing treatment. None of this occurred at MedExpress. I was given all new medication and have immediately started to feel better. To date I have still not received a call from the doctor at MedExpress. The visit even cost less money at Urgicare. I will certainly go to Urgicare from this point forward. Very helpful caring staff!

You would think when you come in and have a broken foot, at least one person on the staff would offer you a wheelchair. 4 staff memebers watched me as I tried to hobble out of the building and not one offered help. This office wasn’t very much help to me at all.

We were sitting here almost one hr and nobody came in then all we here is nurses singing happy birthday to someone then lots of laughing and waiting again another 20 minutes before anyone came in..awful

The nurses and doctors are wonderful, but the wait times between their visits can be pretty long.
