A true dining Trifecta.  Excellent food, excellent service, and an excellent ambiance/location in beautiful Corrales, NM.  The chef has a variety of menu items and creates some of the best dishes I have ever tried.  Choosing what to eat is always a dilemma for me.  The restaurant is in a nice old adobe building with fires stoked in the winter and a nice patio for the summer.  Service is prompt and professional; give the food a little time as they really put some effort into the dishes.  In short, this establishment is on par with the fine dining in New York City, check it out!

Very good food, service and atmosphere. I give them 4 stars because as of 2/14/18, the website says "new year's 2018 menu coming soon". We were not informed about the special Valentine's menu until a week before Valentine's Day when they called to confirm the reservation, at which point it was too late to get a table elsewhere. 
Whoever is responsible for the website needs to realize how unprofessional this kind of thig makes their business look to customers. Other than that, though, Indigo Crow is a good place!

The host was great. Our server, Maddie, provides wonderful service. The chef was accomodating and the food was super fresh & high quality for the price. Indoor and outdoor tables had a beautiful setting. They did a great job explaining our wine flight. Highly recommend for a relaxing, high quality dining experience.

Romantic intimate atmosphere. Great outdoor seating and inside quaint setting with wood burning fire places. Nice happy hour offerings. Good food. Good choice for drinks and nice staff

Great dinner! So/so breakfast and lunch. Lovely quaint atmosphere with two fireplaces and an intimate bar.
