This place is the worst. So antiquated and unprofessional.

Come early get settled down and 90%of your work is done. Parking is 8$ in the structure right next door. Snack bar down below has no seating and just knick knacks.  There is a burger place upfront outside . Security is tight

The small claim department of the Inglewood courthouse is insanity. There is this woman who picks up the phone who says her name is 'Alexis'. I called and simply asked how do I know if a fax is received or not because my fax machine doesn't' give a confirmation. This lady replies that I have to wait 72 hours to get to know if my fax was received or not--I didn't say processed, I said received. So right away I asked her can you please let me talk to someone else and this lady instead of answering my questions starts saying things that had nothing to do with my questions! She started giving answers and comments to things I never said! It was insane. I am going to put the phone call on youtube. Literally I asked: can you please let me talk to someone else and she replies to that question "you want us to drop everything we are doing to process your fax" or "your questions have been answered" and this went on for ever.  After a very long time she finally stopped pretending and she actually finally answers "I am not presenting you" so she didn't want me to talk to anyone else, which would have been fine if it wasn't for the fact that she is actually the only one answering the phone. While I was asking her exactly how can file a complaint against you she was still saying "you are asking us to drop everything". Honestly, this person was completely insane and I don't know how the small claim hired this woman? And why they don't monitor the phone calls? If she was doing this it means that people around can only listen to what she is saying and jump to the wrong conclusions (that I was insane) and there is no one who listens to the actual conversation and evaluate her on how she acts and speaks over the phone. And obviously they don't record phone calls, she would have never done what she did to me if phone calls were recorded. But I did. I called back and she gave me a different name. She said her supervisor was Donna--I hope she reads this review. There are tons of people out there who could do a better job while this Alexis needs to be locked up in a mental institute, she needs help.

They made a big mistake on judgement and nobody response it. How funny they are.

Who knew! The court house is a house of pain to deal with. They can't get anything right. I mailed in a certified mail for an amendment, they signed the return receipt, and when i called in a week later to find out status...they claim they never received it!!!!
Also, when I got my documents from the efile system...they did not input the court date/case number/ nor signature. I called them and they were able to do it for me over the phone. REALLY?!?!?
