When I decided to look into refinancing my home and two rentals last year, no one seemed interested since I was refinancing such small mortgages. When I talked to Bill and Megan McLaren at Integrity Mortgage they listened and offered several different ways to accomplish my goals. With their expert assistance I refinanced two homes and paid off my sons home. They definitely went the extra mile in getting things set up to close before the end of the year. they were so friendly and easy to talk to and answered all questions quickly and professionally. When my daughter buys her new home next spring we will definitely use Integrity Mortgage and Bill and Megan specifically.

Nothing but good things to say about integrity mortgage!!! We worked with Shelly and she was AMAZING. We had a harder file and I’m sure if I had went with any other mortgage company I wouldn’t have been able to buy my current house! They go through lots of information to make sure they give you the best chance at being approved and it definitely works!!! It was a hard process but Shelly did awesome getting us through it all. If you are looking at buying a home use integrity mortgage and make sure to ask for Shelly!!!!!

We approached Integrity Mortgage and worked with Bill McLaren because our refinance situation was a bit complex. It is apparent how knowledgeable Bill really is, simply because of his ability to foresee obstacles that seem to only come with the heart, dedication and experience in the mortgage industry. The precise process Bill carried out was truly remarkable, along with his foresight; his measures of being so thorough as to make sure that enough material was obtained even in the matter of "just in case" all seemed so effortless and seamless. We would definitely use Integrity Mortgage again and because of our experience, we will and have already, referred others to Bill. The honesty and professionalism of Bill and the team at Integrity Mortgage was so comforting and appreciated during this process. If it isn't evident already, we would definitely recommend Integrity Mortgage to anyone! Thanks, Jennifer and Cheryl

Integrity Mortgage & Financial Inc is a great place to go too. Megan made it very easy throughout the whole process, especially since this was my first time getting a loan. I will recommend and come back if I ever needed another loan.
