Very unprofessional. I have a pregnant wife with two dogs and also other behavior health issues that are more of a necessary bill to pay. I got told that they are disappointed in me while being interrupted (trying to explain) and raising her voice at me and I should've called instead of sending it to freedom debt relief.

They made some switch. Really horrible switch. The customer service at the Austin Bluffs location has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I've been with them for a couple of years and by far the worst I've seen and heard.

Terrible .... Said they would call back when they didn't .... Also you better be making more then 14 dollars an hour at a full time job, have a co-signer , and have your car worth more then 3k or they will totally ignore you.

As far as the staff goes, they are nice people who are helpful. The companies system, specifically for auto withdraw, is rather useless however. Apparently their computers don't know what day of the month it is so they can only pull out a payment every 14 days,. Because of this they cannot guarantee what date the payment will be taken out. For example, I cannot have my payments taken out on only the 9th and 22nd. I have lost at least $500 bucks to overdraft fees because of this flaw. So I elected to manually pay my bill, but it seems every time I go make a payment "something about their system" has been changed and all of my log on info has been deleted. Making it extremely inconvenient for me to PAY MY BILL. In any case once my bill is paid I will not be doing business with this company again.
