There customer service department and risk prevention need a real talking too.. the lady that called us was extremely rude and talked down to us saying if we deposited money into our account they would put a hold on it. for no reason other than we use cash and not our card.. I can't imagine how she can keep her job after the way she acted.  The people inside this location are very nice but it's just not worth it to have only one location for your bank and then on top of it to get nasty phone calls from their customer service.

My account was compromised by someone on a Sunday and Monday, on Tuesday I realized that this had occurred.  Leslie at CUOFCO assured me that the credit union would right this injustice and repair my account as soon as possible. By Wednesday the first of the charges was removed. I really want to thank CUOFCO for their customer service and support.
