BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
This cab company is corrupt.
A cab driver on his cell phone hit me while in my bike on the opposite side of the street. Tried to flee. The cab company owner came to the scene wiped his employees phone and did not stop his driver from wiping off the marks before the police arrived.
The cab driver and can company does not have insurance.
I am left with a torn muscle and injuries. Riders beware!
As of August 2017 the Cab Company & Owner have refused to pay my Hospital Bills from the ER and Physical Therapy Physician. The day of the Accident, the owner gave me his word that he was insured and I had nothing to worry about. He demanded his insurance refuse to pay.  This company reflects the typical Trump Ideology that those who have can construe the laws to their advantage against those who do not have. Open to legal representation. Where's the state of Florida on enforcement of insurance on this company?

Driver purposely took us to wrong Hyatt location as there are 3 in Fort Lauderdale.  I gave him the address.  He looked at it on my phone.  He even called the hotel.  Then took us for a ride. 
After 10 minutes he got off the freeway and said I gave him the wrong address.  He proceeded to drive back in the direction we came from.  When I asked him to turn off the meter and take us to our actual hotel, he threatened to strand us on the side of the highway.   It's disgusting that he STOLE from 2 single moms and 4 kids.

Terrible experience, we get in the cab and without being asked where we are going he just starts driving. I gave the guy the address,  and asked if he knew where it was, the guy does not not acknowledge me. After a twenty seven dollar ride the cabbie claims his credit card machine does not work and I have to pay cash. He claims the credit card machine has been used all day and does not work. I pay the man and throw in a five for a tip and get no thank you. Completly unprofessional! Another nudge for me to use Uber or Lyft!

 Rude people, after waiting for 15 minutes and calling a second time I was told 1 minute and then hung up on.. when the can finally arrived, I was told "cash only cause the system wasn't working". Once I got home, the meter said $4.10, I have a $20 and asked for $14 back to which I was told "no dude, I told you the system wasn't working". Call the 777-7777 or Uber, this can company is a fraud!

Super unprofessional and perhaps illegal activities. I tried to get a ride the other night and had my ESA with me in which I have full documentation for and I was not only refused a ride but treated like dirt. This was in the public parking lot where they constantly loiter by a man driving taxi number 836 with the license plate CUS T45. Happened on 10/3 approximately 10:30pm. I then had to walk home where within 5 minutes it starting pouring on me where I walked for the next 30 mins soaking wet.
