So I Left my cell by accident In the cab as we all do sometimes were human we make mistakes . It only took 2 mins for me to realize after I gotten out the cab I forgot it since I'm always getting text messages and checking them . I called from somebody else cell & Ladie on the Telephone and cab driver try getting me to pay $20 to get my phone back or they would keep it & etc . I'm from nyc visiting and I got to say it was been the worse experience driving with this taxi company .

Bad service. They had my home address correct in the automated system for 3 years straight. All of a sudden the automated system was incorrect. I had to call several times to speak with someone to get them to fix it. It took several weeks before it was corrected.

Driver charged 3$ extra for credit card payment even if we paid cash, we didn't know what was that 3$ extra, tought it was a special tax or something, we are tourists so we don't know how things work around here. Went to a restaurant, we asked for a cab to go back to our hotel, cab never showed up, they called another company, they were there within 5 minutes. Guess who I'm calling next time.
