I took a cab at the airport #86 he try to not put the meter on and wanted to charge me twice the amount. I argued with him and ask for his license number and he ask he if I was a cop. I got the number once I got out of the cab. They try to take advantage of me. But didn't back down. He should loss his license.

I specifically asked for a cab that accepted credit cards and the driver said his machine wasn't working right and it was a flat fee of $20.  He did not provide a receipt. My colleague had the same experience a few days earlier and she was outright harassed into using an ATM machine for cash. The cabbie then pretended to push some buttons and the card machine was miraculously repaired.  The cabbie first refused to let her get out when she objected to paying cash and then ordered her out when she refused to allow him to charge her card twice.  However the cab that originally brought me and had a working credit card machine charged only around 16 for the same ride plus tip. He was quite polite and a good driver. I'm guessing the company as well as riders are getting scammed by some of their drivers.

Ordered and was promised a 6-passenger cab to take my family with small kids to Ft Lauderdale airport the day before an early flight.  We were all out there waiting and nobody showed up.  Called their number, Nicole answered and said it hadn't been assigned to a driver yet and nobody was on their way.  I was transferred to the dispatcher to get more information.  No apology, no clear information given as to when a driver could get there.  It was a stressful and very frustrating experience.  I cannot believe a place that could let this happen is still in business.  I'm using Uber from now on.

Be very care full of driver 035, my co-worker left the company phone in the cab and called a few minutes after being driven to work, cab driver said I will bring back if you pay $20.00.  EXTORTION!!!!!!   left messages for yellow cab and no response back.  Call Uber......
