Horrible company. Movers arrived 3 hours late. Only after that was I told I was on-call. Movers were reckless with my furniture. At one point swinging my golf clubs into my desk breaking them. Owner wouldn't return my calls. They took their time, taking multiple breaks and going to the store down the street. Charging me for all this time. USE SOMEONE ELSE.

this place is aweful for business showed up 35 minutes late the office manager Katrina is a lame who then brought a DRUNK, DOPE ADDICTED TO CRACK worker to my house who couldn't lift a ironing board. he was totally useless and I had to take them to court for breaking my lamp and loosing the feet to my couch and think about taking them back for my washer they damaged and my 3200.00 dining room table.

We were moving out of town last week and decided it would be more cost effective to rent our own truck and have this company's movers load it.  We were extremely impressed with the 2 movers who showed up (Lester & Charles).  They were experienced and knowledgeable, and professional and polite -- AND figured out how to get ALL of our belongings into the one truck we rented, which I hadn't thought at all possible.   They worked hard and were very fair in what they charged us!

This crew had to move us on a day that was 93 degrees. They were polite and professional the entire day. They worked very hard and the team leader did a great job with directions and assignments. They were respectful of us and our belongings! We will definitely recommend them to everyone.

DON'T USE THESE LIARS AND THIEVES! THEY ARE CROOKS!
The movers stole my wife's cell phone! They also damaged an entertainment center and cabinet table. Their supervisor named 'Bob' tried to deny that the mover's stole my wife's phone (even though he wasn't there) when it was in plain sight and four witnesses saw it go missing when no one else touched it. The movers denied seeing it. They also had horrible attitudes and tried to get more money out of us after what was agreed upon, milking their 'transportation time' to drain out the time window and only taking about 1/3rd of what they were supposed to take. We went through all of our belongings to make sure and it was definitely stolen. Apparently a stranger approached my wife when she was telling her story to a coworker and also said what a horrible experience she had with them and how they were six hours late to their move. Bauer and Son made us may an extra $125 on top of the agreed cost to move in the time window they were supposed to use. They didn't offer to do anything about the phone or the items damaged. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Don't use them- they are nothing like they used to be many years ago. THEY ARE CROOKS!
