I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE 24 HRS SAME CITY DROP OFF COST $332.00 FINAL CHARGES!!!. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN I DONT RECOMMEND UHAUL SERVICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL, COMPLETELY USELESS TO CALL   IM SURE PENSKE OR BUDGET WOULD HAVE GOTTEN RIGHT.

Horrible customer service and rude staff to go with it. This company is a rip off and clearly do not care about their customers. I have contacted the corporate office on two separate occasions and have yet to hear back from them.

Do not book Bright Side Movers with Uhaul. They are the most disrespectful movers I have ever seen. They lie and ruined several pieces of furniture and walls and then tried to blame it on the customer. Very crooked people. Very crooked. U haul should not associate with these people as it's bad for their reputation.

Great, professional experience on the phone with a wonderful saleswoman from this location. She was very helpful and tried to save me money where possible. Very pleased with this experience.

Used a pull behind trailer great if you have a hitch as no miles good for long distance. No discount as I used twice in short time period.
