I had a very pleasant experience with this company. The sales man showed up on time and was very friendly, even helped me decide what would go best with my exterior. Once I paid my deposit I was given a timeline for my railing, and they delivered a few days early. it is stunning on my deck. I love it. I will for sure use this company on my upcoming spiral stairway and fence project! They do great work, and have great customer service!

Wish I could rate on more than just phone conversation. Called to have someone out for estimate on a project of 7 basement windows. Was given a date and a time frame, the time came and went with a no show and no one called. I called them sat on hold for some time then was given another number to call. Assume it was for the person who was to actually do the measurements. When I called that number it just rang and rang till I got the message that the person hasn't set up a voicemail box yet. Just over all seemed very unprofessional and made me move on to another company.

Trying to work with these guys cost me 2 weeks of frustration and money out of pocket making changes to accommodate their requests only to end up with unreturned phone calls and texts day after day. In the end we've gone with another supplier because Lenny won't even call us back. Lenny told me 10 different times he was sending a final estimate right when he finished talking or texting me and never sent anything. Their price seemed low and now I understand why. It's because their service is horrible. Please don't make the same mistake I made. I'm now having to rebuild sections of my deck that were changed upon request by Lenny because I've had to use another supplier. Lenny is great at going MIA right when you really need him. You've been warned, steve clear of this place.

Do not apply here they are extremely rude and treat you like a waste of time and are very unprofessional to anyone who takes up more then 5 min of their time if you are a customer of this company I pity you if you work there then you are part of the problem
