The lady who "helped us" did not help. Didn't listen to what we had to say, printed us a paper that wasn't what we needed. She was very rude and dismissive. It was 5 minutes until 4 p.m, told us she had to close and that we had to physically leave the booth. She could have definitely used a more professional tone.

Someone needs to step up and record a video of what is going on there so it can go viral and we can resolve the problem. The woman is rude, the security guard is treating you like you’re a terrorist. They don’t want you there. That’s the whole point of it being an irs office. It’s meant to be somewhere you don’t want to go. Record your whole experience on your phone and trust me you’ll get them. That’s why that security guard is so serious about you recording on your phone because they don’t want to be exposed

These people are the worst of all. I think the demons of hell are nicer!!!! Very rude!!!

The staff here especially in area number 1 is rude. Very Unprofessional.  You need a new staff. The police officer was friendly and professional. The staff could learn alot from him!!!
