I am highly impressed with the customer service here. This is the first time I have not been pressured by a sales person to buy a higher priced ring but was actually pointed to a lower more reasonably priced product. The sales people are not paid commission, and all of the jewelry sold here is very high quality. So when they help their customers they genuinely want their customers to get the best bang for their buck, while helping them find the perfect ring for their significant other. The employees are very courteous, helpful and patient. I never once felt pressure to buy anything, and I felt like I was talking to a Grandfather as I was browsing rings. You can tell they honestly care for the customers satisfaction. I highly recommend IDC to anyone looking to buy engagement rings, wedding bands, necklace, earrings, watches, they have it all, great selection, all very high quality, reasonably priced, and their layaway payment option is really fantastic too. No interest rates, just make payments till its payed off, and the same piece of jewelry you seen in person is held for you, never to be sold to anyone else, and it's yours as soon as you pay it off.

This was an excellent experience during our purchase, Milada helped us directly with everything we needed. All of our questions were answered and the entire process was made smoother because the people we were dealing with knew what they were talking about. I would definitely recommend that anyone who needs a Diamond this is the place!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Stephanie is helpful, patient and accommodating. Really enjoyed working with her! Would definitely recommend IDC to my family and friends. Ask for Stephanie! Carol Serra

My wife and I purchased our wedding rings over 23 year's ago and now I had the opportunity to share the same moment with my future son-in-law as he purchased our daughters engagement ring. It was stepping back in time again and receiving that same courtesy and professionalism and excitement from all the staff, especially our salesman Robbie Blue. A moment and tradition that will carry on with our family at International Diamond Center. Thank you from our family to yours.
