#1 problem here is that the service department and parts department do NOT communicate with one another and expect the customer to do that. If I spoke to one, they were transferring me to the other. In opinion, I just bought a car and I expect to not be the secretary between the two departments. If these two sections do communicate, their relationship needs vast improvement so I'm not getting knocked back and forth like a volleyball in a championship tournament. Then, I have been nearly harassed to give feedback. Calls, texts, emails and physical mail. I got reminders to fill out surveys. Everyone is real nice. I got my car taken care of without a big fuss other than the above experience. No one seems to own the issue so you're left trying to figure out what step is next. It felt like I was being trained to get hired on. No customer should have to ask that many questions to get a car serviced. Ever. It should be a simple "Hi. I need this done. Okay, thank you. I'll wait here."

After reading other reviews about Interstate Dodge, I'm experiencing what so many others have experienced. The service department does not answer their phones or return calls. Very frustrating!!! Have wasted an hour after being told my truck was ready. Still waiting!!!

Have now been to the dealership 6 times to have my car worked on for the same problem,  I'm guessing there service dept does not know what they are doing.  I have contacted Danny in Service, who said he would get this corrected and call me back,  Guess what never heard back from him. After 16 hours of lost pay at work, and taking a off day on Saturday, they still cannot do their job.

I would give them less than 1 star if i could.  They hustle to sell you a car but when you need it serviced you will never reach anyone by phone. You will actually have to go to dealership. They will then make you a appt and your vehicle may or may not be seen that day. Stay clear of this dealership. Make the drive to ruston or shreveport
