Was on a road trip with the family from Georgia to Texas and 7 hours into the drive my GMC Yukon's engine lost power on I-20. I called Ryan Chevrolet and the service writers said they were very busy but to bring it by anyway to see what they could do. I barley made it to the dealership and they immediately got going on it. The repair was significantly more expensive then what was suggested to be a fair price online, but I really wasn't in a position to shop around. They had the car fixed in an hour and a half and we were back on the road to finish our trip. I was very grateful for the service and the friendliness of the service writers. I'm thankful they saw a family with young children in a Christmas travel crises and did what they could to help us get back! Thank you very much, very grateful!

Treat a certain race differently than other race. I'm taking this public posting lightly. So read between the lines like I did when I took my car to be serviced. Service sucks, if service great for you there. Good for you...you must know somebody that knows somebody. New management is all I'm saying maybe people will get their vehicles back at a timely manner. They act as people don't have a job or two and need transportation. Hire more people if you care so much about customer service. Staff nice when you buying a car but once you need it serviced or something fixed,they then treat you like trash.

I did not have a good experience with this dealership at all. I had called for a quote on a service special sent to me in the mail. I got the quote and was told the service would take 3-4 hours and my appointment was 7:30. I arrived the next day at 7:30 and had someone drop me off at work. I get off work at 11:30 which would have worked out great for 4 hours but it was going on 2:30 (7 hours) and still no one had called about my vehicle. I finally got someone to drop me off at the dealership and had to wait another hour (it is now 8 hours my vehicle is there). I then get up to the counter and I have this whopping bill! $100 an hour for labor is definitely outrageous! (I am going by what I was quoted it would take 3-4 hours because the rest was supposed to be included in the recall they were taking care of). Talk about way over charging for what I was quoted! Then they did not even put a lousy paper floor mat down for that outrageous price and a few days later my indicator light came on telling me my oil needed to be changed which was supposed to be in this service I just paid for so I am not even certain the work I paid for was even done. I called today to tell how dissatisfied I was and they were pissed off at me for complaining. All I got was 'It will take me about 2 minutes to reset the oil light'. Really! Oh, and they usually always send me a survey to rate their service but since they were aware of how dissatisfied I was I have not received one so I am happy to leave this review on their page. The real kicker is before I got the quote to find out what this 'special' was, I was checking on the website for my son who is looking to buy a vehicle and wow did I have all kinds of sales people all ready to talk with me wanting to sell me a vehicle! That just let me know they are all about selling a vehicle not about the customer service after the sale. Needless to say after this, my son will be shopping elsewhere for a new vehicle.

Friday late afternoon everybody is looking forward to the weekend and hopping for relax - but Ryan service is always ready. They helped me tremendously when on Friday afternoon they replaced my ripped tire, drove me to my work place and brought my car back to me after the repair was finished. Thank you Ryan service!
