I never have a good experience when I go to this dealership. I have tried to buy a jeep and a 3500 truck there. Bad experience both times. I had a recall done here on the jeep we bought some where else. They let it fall off the rack. Stay away from this place at all cost. I will never return here again.

1st, I attempted to purchase a vehicle here. NOPE, low balled trade value, wouldn't negotiate. No problem. Went to Alexandria. Got exact vehicle/price I wanted. 2nd, Attempting to get warranty service: Service writer didn't understand that this is a warranty, finally get that straightened out. Appointment made - 2 weeks out. With just a few days to go, she suddenly realized she made the appointment for Memorial day and that they won't be there. No problem (easy mistake). Now to the topping on the pudding... Reschedule appointment - not the next day available, an additional week out. No Thanks, Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past.

I'm not talking about the dealership but the service department. Took my truck in to have a injector kill test. It was around 330pm on a Friday, they close at 5. Waiting for an hour the service writer finally comes out, and tells me that they can't work on my truck because I have too many modifications done. That's just lazy. Let me explain. To do a injector kill test, all you have to do is hook a computer up to the OBD2 port tell the scan tool to turn off injectors to find the failing one. Literally take 7 minutes. Don't have to mess around with any of my "modifications".
