It was cheap, but it was dirty. The hallways were trashy. And if you stay a week (which is the minimum level of stay in there), they will provide cleaning service only once.

Ghetto and loud at all times of night and day. Can't get toilet paper past the first day you are there. Not worth the price they charge

Great when you need to stay in Athens for a week doing business. Was a little loud at night but not as bad as I feared.

there is literally only one reason anyone should stay here, and that is if your only other option is homelessness. they separate rooms into smoking and nonsmoking but that's only for show because even the nonsmoking rooms stink so bad that the air is unbreatheable if you're not a smoker. cleaning is supposed to happen once a week but sometimes they would skip cleaning (or at least certain rooms) for weeks. you have the option to pay online but even if you pay online you will be locked out of your room unless you visit the office in person to have your key cleared. there are set office hours but there is roughly a 50% chance of someone actually being in the office when you go by during those hours. so on the day you're supposed to pay you have to keep going to the office over and over until someone comes back to swipe your card, if you miss them you will be locked out the next day even if you paid. there's all kinds of shady sketchy nonsense going on with the other tenants, the cops come by all the time but that will not make you feel any more safe.

I stayed here with my wife and 3-month daughter for a month. It was very quiet, sure you had your occasional guests standing out smoking a cigarette or maybe someone knocking on the wrong door. However, if you stay to yourself and not trying to mingle with every person that says Hi, you should be fine. Front desk staff great, housekeepers were okay depending on how they're day was going you may get your toilet washed out, a big may. All appliances worked great, hot water and AC worked fine. Overall, for the price I'd say it was as good as it was going to get and I would stay there again because I know how to mind my own business.
