dollars for a screen saver that they say is lifetime warranty, but as it turns out you have to pay an additional 10 dollars each time it needs to be replaced. Don't waste your money on this garbage. You can get a better quality item on Amazon for 10 bucks

This deserves negative stars. Bought the zagg  glass screen shield for the note 8, it cracked within a week. Ordered the warranty replacment and paid for shipping and the replacement cracked in 2 days. Don't waste your money buying trash like this company offers

Worst experience I've ever had. Do not go to this store, especially if you have a new ZAGG screen protector for the Note 8. I bought my ZAGG screen protector from Best Buy, signed up for the warranty online. As soon as I walked to the kiosk they said my screen protector "wasn't the correct cut", basically implying that it wasn't an official Zagg product. I told him i have the receipt that's shows it's a Zagg official product. He still said "it doesn't matter if you have the receipt, it's has to be the same cut." "It's not our cut." I went back out to my car and showed them the box that it came out of, from Zagg. On the front of the Box you could clearly see that the cut that was on my screen, was was the identical cut that was on my phone. They still tried to convince me that that wasn't the proper cut and they must have put the wrong one on at Best Buy.  He said the cut on the image of box wasn't the right cut. He even said that I could try going online and doing the warranty exchange through Zagg but he implied that the same thing would happen and I would have to pay for another screen protector.

I called the Zagg company themselves and they said that they have never heard of anything like this, especially since I bought my screen protector from Best Buy. They said it could be possible that if I bought it from someplace like eBay or something, but everything should be legit from Best Buy. The customer rep from Zagg also told me that these kiosks are privately owned and they have no control over what happens with them.

He did finally switch out my screen protector for the $10 price after I showed him the image on the box. But this was the worst experience I ever had. From now on I will just go online and make a warranty exchange from there. The film they gave me looks to be the "original" not the HD clear I bought.  This is not the same quality product I originally purchased.

One image attached is from the Zagg website, Zagg's official cut for the note8, the cut my original screen protector was, two ridges. The cut they gave me has 4 ridges at the top. 

This whole experience was very fishy....

11-27-17 Update: According to Zagg they said the "on demand"locations may vary slightly in cut.

Mr Stack has installed Zagg screen and case protectors on a number of my devices and instruments (yes, even voltmeters need Zagg).  He always does a flawless job!

Least helpful customer experience I've ever had. I drive 30 minutes to the one Zagg dealer near me after being directed there by AT&T. He doesn't have the replacement model for my phone, and then when I asked about what proof of purchase I need to do the process online, he basically tells me he has no idea and to screw off and look online.
