I would rate this site a zero (0) if I could. Terrible experience. I called the posted telephone number using several different service options. Each phone tree selection eventually sent me to a recording where a robot said . . . go see the Microsoft web site. Then disconnected the call. If I wanted the web site, I'd go there. Unable to reach a person. 2/13/18.

The two women working at store helped me fix a game problem which I was unable to with chat over a period of 8 days! Just a great service to an old guy with little Xbox one X knowledge.! These two were the best!

Good experience, was hoping it was a Microsoft Store, but this location is a kiosk. Great service and they did have the mouse and pen I was looking for!

It may be a small aisle shop, but with outstanding customer service. Friendly staff of techies who are willing to help any way they can. Will be back often.

I've worked with MS support for years so didn't expect much when going to the store for help with my Surface. I was dead wrong. This store is designed around customer service. They usually have 2 or 3 people working, which at this kiosk-style location, is plenty. They provide quick and excellent customer service and leave you feeling like a valued customer when walking away. Great job at turning my opinion of Microsoft Customer Service and Support around guys!
