The trick in getting good service w/T-mobile when interacting either on the phone or in person is to learn who the key employees are that will actually help you. It's not a location that helps, but an employee. Christina is absolutely wonderful to help you with any T-mobile problem, or service. Do not even think about going to a different employee at this Flatirons location. I call ahead to find out if she is working. If she is not there, I do not go. I usually call T-mobile 611 service, but that is 50/50 to get problems resolved. Christina should recognized by T-mobile, John Legere as one of those goto employees that makes T-mobile shine. I wish they could only hire more individuals like her at all locations and call centers.

Staff was completely useless and just stood there and smirked as I told them about the issues with my service. After telling him everything he just told me there was nothing he could do and just repeated that sentence about 5 times before I just walked out.

Beware!! Customer service at this location sucks. Curt is one of the biggest liars I have met. Changed my service from sprint and because of customer service it has been one of the biggest mistakes I have made. From the loads of misinformation I was given by Curt the night of purchasing and then this morning as I was inquiring about my bill, accessories and closing out my switch from sprint questions I dealt with Roger and he was less than useless. I realize i was taking away from his time of doing nothing but he could have made that less obvious.This is a direct reflection on T mobile and I will never step foot in this crappy location again and will encourage others the stay away as well.

Outstanding service from when I walked in the door to when I walked out.  Christina really went above and beyond to help me add four new lines.  Offered great solutions to my problems and stayed friendly and professional the whole time.  I'm new to tmobile and she is certainly a huge plus coming from Verizon.
