Love Iowa Appliance. They have done my washer, dryer, water heater, fridge downstairs and now my whole kitchen. Very easy to deal with. Helpful and very on the ball to help. I bought a whole kitchen appliance set and 3days later I had a new fridge thanks to them. My old one went bad quick, I called the day after I bought the set and within 48 hours I had a new fridge. Exceptional. Thanks Natasha and Iowa Appliance Center. Oh BTW they also told me about rebates available, provided forms and even refunded me money when my fridge went on sale 5 days later. How awesome!

Super helpful. I took dryer parts in, and they were able to test them and tell me which part was bad and needed to be replaced. I was able to save the service charge by doing it myself. Thanks much!!!

I have now bought 2 appliances from Iowa Appliance Center this year, a washer and a stove. First you can't argue with a free haul away of the old appliances and free installation with the new. When the service rep showed up and gave an estimate for repair and we decided to buy new instead. Iowa Appliance applied the service call charge to the new machine. I would recommend this store to all.

Customer service is awful.  The “installers” delivered our washer and left without testing the hose connections for leaks.  Less than 15 minutes later, we discovered the hose was leaking.  When we called the store, we were coldly told to contact a plumber (their “sister store”, of course) that there was nothing else they could or would do about it.

In my opinion Iowa Appliance Center is unprofessional and unconcerned with customer care. I wish I would have known as much before wasting $85 on a service call.
