I shopped all the local large appliance retailers in my area, took the time to visit all of them.  Best Buy had then best selection of dishwashers  to chose from.  Their pricing was the most competitive of all retailers I visited and the sales associates were very knowledgeable and patient.  Once the product is installed and there are no surprises or product related quality issues, this will be a enjoyable experience.

I recently purchased my first television at this location and was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. There was an employee that was doing his own thing until I came along and asked for some help finding a TV.
He dropped everything to come help me. I told him my plans for the TV (gaming, Netflix, computer monitor, etc.) and he was able to recommend a few that would meet those needs. He also looked up anything he was unsure about or asked a co-worker for a second opinion. I finally chose a television, he rang it up, and reassured me that it was the perfect one. He made me feel like a valued customer and confident in my purchase. The whole time he was smiling and had a great attitude. His outstanding customer service was what made me remember my visit and will lead to me going back in the future.

Great selection of all kinds of electronics. They also still have a pretty good selection of CD's which I still like to buy. They are really good about honoring their extended warranties if anything ever happens to the product you purchased. The geek squad really is helpful. I suggest signing up for their rewards program too as the benefits come back to you pretty quickly.

The staff here is super helpful. The store was recently remodeled so it looks great on the inside and the layout helps you get in and get out much quicker. Bathroom was spotless. I have to say and the two areas that I visited, home theater and appliances, the staff was very knowledgeable on their products.

I recently just purchased a laptop here. At first I wasn't sure about the specs of certain laptops, or which would work best for my needs. As soon as I walked into the section with all the laptops, I was greeted right away by one of their computer experts. She then proceeded to grab me a specs sheet which was quite useful. After telling her what I was going to use my laptop for, she recommended a variety of options. She knew exactly what she was talking about which made the buying process for me easier and faster. I didn't really know what is was looking for so of course I had a boat load of questions. She was able to answered all of them in "English" instead of hardcore tech talk. This is a big store with tons of tech options to choose from and always full of helpful staff. Basically geek heavan.
