Today, I had nine teeth extracted which, to me, seemed like a big deal. The entire staff was so friendly and approachable that my big deal became "no big deal." The best experience I have ever had at a dental office. Everyone was great. And, much to my surprise, Dr Maleta, my surgeon, called me this evening to see how I was doing. That just does not happen ! If I could give Iowa Oral ten stars, I would.

Had two appointments set up, they called to cancel both times! Terrible to work with and the office staff is snotty when you express your opinion about being cancelled on after rearranging your schedule to accommodate them. Will not be doing business with them EVER! I did get referred to Oral Surgery PC in Ankeny and they have been great to work with.

On Feb 12th I had my wisdom teeth extracted at the Iowa Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, PC, West Des Moines surgery location. The staff professional and efficient and my overall experience was extremely pleasant. From the initial consult to the final surgery, Dr. D. Jirsa and his staff are absolutely the top notch.
