Absolutely caring and outstanding group of people. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They took my pain seriously and had me in surgery in 3 days. I will always be grateful for ISH and Dr. Pallet.

This happen back in March of 2013 I went to the ER for a kidney stone and while there both my doctor and the doctor in the ER was giving me drugs for the pain. They gave me too much and ended up putting me into the hospital to see what would happen. I had a drug overdose, found almost died and bought back to life. Now doctors are only human but please if you are in the ER or the hospital have a family member with you or you make sure the drugs they are giving you is the right amount; everyone is checking with each other. Because if they did this to me, I wonder how many other people they have done it to only they died?

Had total right knee replacement. Dr Emile Li was great as was the entire experience with this hospital. Private rooms, joint camp prior to surgery, nursing and nurses aid care, pt, Ot, dietary, and cleaning staff. All friendly. Never had a person walk in without asking before they left how i was and if i needed anything. Follow up from hospital to make sure all was gong well at home. This is a best practice as a lot of times you dont have questions until after you go home. We were given all numbers to call if we needed any further assistance. Highly recommend hospital to anyone.

Horrible! Can't even get a hold of anyone when I call to make an appointment. I literally called multiple times and only got a machine. This service is just sad.
