Though I've always been treated well in the building, I've never felt so neglected by a business while outside of it. I sprained my ankle last Wednesday, and as of right now, I need information by 4pm faxed to my job or I am getting fired. I have tried for days to get ahold of my doctor, to no avail. I wish I could give this facility a rating of 0 stars. I am so displeased and so genuinely ticked off at this place. I need a few papers so I don't lose my job, and you can't even manage that. Update - I had a family member call the same line, as I'm pretty busy, they got through on the first try. Kind of wondering if they whitelist people who have met their deductible?

got my iv stuck in my arm not my vein so all things that went through the iv just went straight into my body . and from there nurses refused to re do it and had woken up with severe pain and sore throat bc the meds went everywhere else due to the iv instead of where their supposed to go . after brain and spinal surgery twice looks like im going to go elsewhere if something like this comes up again

Waited 6 hours in e.r. before telling me there was no room. And was rushed to the nearest hospital 4 hours away. To get the emergency care I needed.. best choice they made. Saved my life

FOUR HOURS SITTING IN THE ER WAITING ROOM BECAUSE THERE ARE NO BEDS. REALLY?????????????? FOUR HOURS AND STILL HAVEN'T SEEN A DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!! TEMP IS 103.5. SERIOUSLY??? MASON CITY NEEDS A NEW HOSPITAL. ONE THAT ACTUALLY C-A-R-E-S ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS.
