I was in Best Buy looking at washing machines. Another couple were also looking. A salesman saw me looking in a washer and said hello, but continued walking past me to the couple and asked if he could help them. They said no thank you we're just looking and the salesman walked past me again and still never bothered to speak or ask if I needed help again. Just because I am a woman by myself looking at washers doesn't mean I don't know anything about them. I could have needed help also but he didn't bother ever asking me if I needed help. A different sales lady walked past me and asked another lady if she needed help. The lady said what she wanted and the sales lady showed her a washer but the woman did not want that one and said she would keep looking. The sales lady then walked back to the area the other sales people were in. I was never asked once if I needed any help. I'm sure that the washer I was interested in is sold at many other places and other people will be glad to ask for my services in purchasing a washer there. Poor customer service Best Buy.

Went in looming for a gift for my son's birthday. Staff very helpful and friendly. Item we wanted was not in stock in store but the associate was able to order if for us and have it delivered to our home for free. It arrived 2 days before the estimated delivery date which was awesome. Just in time for his bday. Thanks !

Best buy is a joke. I ordered a stereo online for store pickup. The next day I got an email saying it had been picked up. It took me several hours on the phone to convince them I had never even been in the it store. I finally got my money back. Never again. It's a bunch of unprofessional people running and working there.

Good delivery experience, but they lie about their rewards program. Conned me into taking their credit card, then stiffed me on the bonus points. ($125 worth). Three calls and still not fixed. My purchase was in November 2017 and still not resolved as on Feb 12, 2018.

Usually go in here and find what I need and employees are really helpful and knowledgeable. If they do not know they immediately try to find someone who can help you. That so refreshing to me lol don't waste my time please. And they also price match
