It was tough getting the appointment at first, but once we reached there at the day of appointment, the customer service was very friendly and easygoing! Within few minutes, our work was done! I really appreciate the ones who helped us for their friendly and timely manners.

I had an appointment and have visited Commerce Street IRS office today .Everything went so smooth and nice didn't have any issues.I didnt wait in line and got a token to wait for my turn.Immediately after getting a token with 2 mins got my turn and went to Counter 1. Andrew was the person who worked on my concerns and he was able to work on it so quick with out any further questions. He even answered to me some of the questions and made me so comfortable. I have liked this IRS office as before going I felt like how it will be as reviews were not good.I suggest to go here with an appointment as with out appointment might needs to wait for some time.Good Service overall 👍

We mailed our tax forms and check (folded within the tax forms). The IRS managed to cash our check, but lose our forms. To make matters worse, we're trying to get a house and need our 2016 tax transcripts. What does the IRS office say....it can take 8 weeks and the IRS doesn't care if you lose your house. People wonder why people are getting mad and taking actions against the government....

I setup a payment plan of $150 for the 12th of every month, but in stead they decided to pull $300 unexpectedly on the 10th. They screwed me over to the max.
