Just for the record this place has been this way for years and years and I'm going back to the late 1980's through the early 1990's and the service then was just as it is now, just as bad and for all the 5 star leavers on here well I'm going to take a gander that you people work here or know people that work here because the actual people that actually need YOUR help aren't leaving 5 stars without reviews... The real reviewers are telling YOU how horrible you are at YOUR job as well as to them . YOUR job is to treat every person with the same integrity and respect that you would like to be treated with and to listen to and see each individuals different situation and help them where you can and not to treat them with disrespect, humiliate them and treat them like gum on your shoe or as someone that you see as beneath you or your status, each of you would do well to remember that if the circumstances had been different it could be you in a bad situation trying as hard as you can and doing your absolute best to do what's right for your child(ren) and then you have no real alternative left but to go to a place like YOU now work in and have to drop down and ask for this type of help even though you wish nothing more than to be able to do things your asking their help for yourself so you wouldn't have to ask them and feel so bad for doing so and then when you do to get treated like a second class citizen because something happened in your life maybe a job loss, an illness or lack of proper education who knows but I do know this... no one should be treated the way the majority of the people at department of children and families treat the ones that have the misfortune of having to go to these offices. I feel for the ones that need the help you can give them when they are at their lowest points and have children looking up at them for food, shelter or health care or need daycare so they can work and then get treated with such distaste and rudeness. Shame on all of you that worked there then and to the bad ones that still do and will continue to in future. It could be YOU someday, you should think about how it would make you feel if someone treated you the way you have been treating these people that you show so much disdain for. :o(

The lady on the phone could barely speak English or Spanish.... really?? Then told me to come here, basically any questions you have about medicaid, this place is only going to tell you exactly what it says on your online account.

YOU COME TO THIS PLACEAND ITS LIKE BEE IN A CONCENTRATION CAMP YOU CANT TALK TOU CAN ANSWER YOUR PHONE YOU CANT LOOK OR HEAR ANY YOU TUBE OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT CAUSE YOU HAVE A RENT A COP THAT SAID THE HOUSE RULES ARE WHAT THEY ARE BUT YET THERE IS NOTHING WRITEN ANY WERE AND HE SAYS HE IS THE RULE GUESS HE THINK HES OWEN THE PLACE STAFF ARE NOT.ANY BETTER THANK GOD IF YOU DONT NEED TO COME HERE
