I've had to come here twice so far; once for my wife's biometrics appointment (which I didn't join her for), and the second for our immigration interview. The first visit took almost two hours or so, as my wife said it was mostly the wait times that took so long. The second time, however, for the interview, we were both in and out in under an hour. The inside is really clean and well taken care of, and the immigration officer that interviewed us was very professional, and helped put us at ease by being friendly and inviting. :) For anyone coming here for anything, please, for the love of everything, make sure you read your letter thoroughly and bring every single document you need and even some extras just in case. It sounds like common sense stuff, but it's amazing how many people do not do these things and come unprepared and disorganized.

Had a 9 am bio-metrics appointment, showed up at 8:15 am... only about 3 parking spots left. I figured they were busy, but a swearing in ceremony for 70 people was going on... so that explained it. Went thru the airport type security in 30 seconds, waited in line with about 5 people in front of us to check in, all done and on the road by 9:05 am on a 9:00 am appointment. Everybody was quick, efficient, professional, and very NICE!

Have tried online for 4 days to make appt. Never available. Gone to the Hoover address, 2 times and appointment machines, tell you, "No Appointments Available" Terrible, typical Government Facility..

I frequently accompany my clients there for their interviews in their Greencard or Citizenship cases. This USCIS Field Office handles local Biometrics, Greencard interviews, Citizenship interviews, and Swearing-in Ceremonies, as well as general INFOPASS inquiries. The USCIS officers are generally professional and courteous. Good working relationship with local immigration lawyers.
